Key Definitions
Winmatch Platform – A digital service offering sports betting and casino entertainment to registered users.
Affiliate Program – A structured partnership model where individuals or entities earn commissions by promoting Winmatch.
Affiliate Partner – A person or company registered via affiliates.winmatch.com who drives new users to the platform.
Referred Users – Players who join and wager on Winmatch through an affiliate’s promotional link.
Commission – Earnings generated for affiliates based on the net revenue from referred users.
Net Revenue – The total stakes placed by players minus winnings and operational costs.
Payout – Withdrawal of earned commissions to the affiliate’s selected payment method.
Payment Cycle – The schedule during which commissions become eligible for withdrawal.
Marketing Assets – Tools like banners, tracking links, and branding elements provided to affiliates.
Participation Agreement
By enrolling in the Winmatch Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you’ve read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
Winmatch retains the right to modify these conditions at any time. Affiliates will receive updates via their registered email address.
Participants must be at least 18 years old.
Affiliates are solely responsible for safeguarding their login credentials. Winmatch is not liable for unauthorized access or resulting losses.
Winmatch reserves the right to approve, suspend, or terminate any affiliate account at its discretion without explanation.
All updates to these terms become effective immediately upon publication on the affiliate website.
Affiliate Duties and Limitations
Affiliates are granted access to official promotional content but may not present themselves as official representatives of Winmatch.
The following practices are strictly forbidden:
- Sending unsolicited email (spam) or using unauthorized pop-under/click-under ads
- Using paid ads that include “Winmatch” or target branded keywords
- Registering domain names that contain “Winmatch” or redirecting branded traffic
- Using iframe embeds or cookie-stuffing tactics
Violating any of these rules will lead to account suspension and forfeiture of all commissions earned.
Only one affiliate account per individual or company is permitted. Self-referral or attempts to earn from one’s own activity are strictly banned.
Winmatch holds the right to end collaboration with any affiliate without prior notice.
Commission Structure
Affiliates begin with a 20% revenue share from referred player activity. If inactive for 6 consecutive months, the rate may be reduced to 15%, and after 12 months without new first-time depositors (FTDs), it may drop to 5%.
Commissions will not be paid for users flagged as fraudulent or abusive. Chargebacks and violations may void cost-per-acquisition (CPA) bonuses.
High-Roller Clause
If a referred player generates a negative net revenue of $10,000 or more in a single month, they are categorized as a High-Roller.
- Losses associated with High-Rollers are tracked separately and carried forward only for that specific user.
- Other players’ earnings are not affected by the negative balance of a High-Roller.
Commission Payments
Payments are processed monthly, typically by the 15th of each month, covering the previous month’s earnings. A minimum threshold of $100 must be met for payout eligibility.
If the threshold is not reached, the balance will roll over to the next cycle. In rare cases, delays of up to two months may occur due to technical issues.
Handling Disputes
Affiliates may submit disputes via email to the support team. All cases are reviewed within 14 business days.
Rude language, threats, or dishonest behavior will result in unresolved disputes and may lead to account closure.
